SUMMARY:Summer Adventures at Liberty Hall: Changing Childhood
DESCRIPTION:We are now offering some fun new additions to our Summer Adventure Series! We will be offering 3 different for a safe but fun summer!  \nFirst Option: Summer Adventure In-A-Box \nBoxes can be picked up everyday Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am to 3:00pm. This is at home box that will be purchased before hand but will include the activities that go along with that Summer Series. Includes link to themed virtual tour\, craft supplies and instructions\, & snack! Each box is $8.00 and for ages 5-12 \nSecond Option: Summer Adventure Parent and Child Program \nThis is a 90 minute program every Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00am- 12:30pm. This is for parents and kids to come to Liberty Hall and enjoy these programs together! A fun way to get out of the house and learn some interesting facts! Includes themed tour\, craft\, and snack! Adults are $8.00 and Children are $10.00 for ages 5 and up! \nThird Option: Summer Adventure Drop Off Program \nThis is a 3 hour program! This is a Drop-Off program where parents drop their children off at the museum at 1:00pm and pick them back up at 4:00pm. The children will go through the program with our Museum Educators. Includes themed\ntour\, games\, craft\, themed activities\, and snack. Children are $15.00 per child and for ages 6-12. \nEvery option is offered every Tuesday and Thursday in July and August! Click the link below to sign up for what option you want to do! \n  \nHistory has never been so “hands-on\,” with each room your child visits featuring a variety of artifacts they are welcome to touch! The tour also includes trying your hand at colonial chores\, painting a wooden top\, and playing colonial games! Light refreshments served. Recommended for ages 4 – 12. All children must be accompanied by an adult. \nThis event will happen Rain or Shine unless notified.

DESCRIPTION:In honor of our 20th anniversary\, we are hosting a wine & cheese open house on the property\, where visitors will get a chance to wander the 1st floor\, stroll our gardens\, meet the museum’s organizational leadership\, staff and our new executive director\, Rachael Goldberg. All are welcome (reception will be held outdoors\, tickets are limited to ensure social distancing)!
