DESCRIPTION:All are welcome to celebrate the Revolutionary Lives Exhibit Closing event and the 250th Anniversary of William Livingston’s election as N.J. Governor. Liberty Hall and Revolution NJ invite you to this special exhibit closing event! The American Revolution created dramatic disruptions and opportunities for the people of New Jersey. While much is known of the challenges faced by the leaders of the conflict\, most Americans are less familiar with the experiences of ordinary people. We invite you to explore their lives and how their experiences\, views\, and choices were shaped by their unique circumstances. \nEvent includes:\n10 am to 4 pm = self-guided tours of the exhibit\, hands-on activities\, colonial games\, crafts\, and light refreshments.\n11 am and 3pm = tours of Liberty Hall\n1 pm = family-friendly tour of Liberty Hall and musket drill\n3 pm = Legends of Liberty Hall lecture \nReservations are suggested. Walk-ins welcome.
