In June of 1780 a vital, but often forgotten, battle of the American Revolution took place right here in Union, New Jersey! During this battle a woman named Hannah Caldwell was shot and killed! Was it an accident? Was it on purpose? Join Liberty Hall as we separate the myth from the truth. Discover the history and significance of the battle, Hannah Caldwell, and how the events of that day, 240 years ago, continue to shape Union County today. Also available as an in-person outreach program.
