A Colony, an Estate, and a Founding Father: The Founding of American Cities

Just as the nation’s Founding Fathers had great plans for a new country, discover how early colonists had great plans for a new colony between the Staten Island Sound and the Delaware River (New Jersey)! Join Liberty Hall and learn how and why colonists chose this land in particular and explore how William Livingston, one of our nation’s Founding Fathers, used that same logic in planning his own estate at Liberty Hall! Also available as a virtual outreach program.
