Liberty Hall’s book collection will inspire the artist in every scout! Learn the history of book making and then create your own handmade books. Using origami techniques, participants will create four different types of books. The books provide an ideal platform for poetry, journaling, art, recipes and countless other uses. This program fulfills requirements for the Cadette Book Artist badge.

Program Availability: Sundays: 2pm-4pm, Saturdays: 10am-4pm, Weekdays: 3pm-5pm
Program Length: 90 minutes
Program Fee: $10.00 per scout; leaders in uniform are free; $6.00 per additional adult
These programs must be scheduled a minimum of two weeks in advance and require a minimum of 10 participants. When a troop has fewer than 10 members, leaders may join with another troop or invite non-scout peers to participate in programs. A 50% deposit of program cost is required at the time of booking. Balance is due the day of the program.
