Summer Adventures: A Bite of History
August 2, 2022 11:00 am 12:30 pm EDT
Is anyone hungry for history? This program will introduce students to social history by looking at different recipes from different eras. Students will examine how recipes and cooking have evolved over time from the colonial period to the 1950s and even design their own recipes, predicting what people might eat 100 years in the future! At the end, students will enjoy a small snack based on the recipes they explored at the museum.
The program includes a snack. Reservations required.
Adult + Child program is designed for students in grades K-5
