Education: The Historian’s Apprentice

The Historian’s Apprentice

Students will step into the role of historian and have the opportunity to study and transcribe primary source documents, learn how to take an oral history, observe best practices for the preservation and handling of historical materials, and work collaboratively to create a museum-quality display of artifacts. An admissions tour of Kean University can follow the program.  Historian’s Apprentice is additionally available as a virtual field trip or as an outreach program!
